My name is Jonathan Jones and I set up OBUA in December 22 after over 15 years as a senior property director in the corporate manufacturing world. In my last role for a FTSE 100 company I added significant value to that business by building a state-of-the-art 500,000 SqFt Mega factory, global oversight of a 6M SqFt portfolio, creating and delivering on an FM Strategy to improve compliance and efficiency as well as enabling sustainability delivery targets had a route to success.
